Lille 1

29-30 May 2017 in Lille (France) was a final conference on international education project TEMPUS MMATENG (Modernization of two cycles (MA, BA) of competence-based curricula in Material Engineering according to the best experience of Bologna Process) by Tempus program № 543994-TEMPUS-1-2013-1-BE-TEMPUS-JPCR. The conference was attended by members of the project consortium from Ukraine, Russia, Israel, Belgium, Germany and France. From Igor Sikorsky KPI were Dean of Physical Engineering Faculty P. Loboda and project coordinator I. Bogomol.

Lille 2

The program of the conference included workshops and presentations of consortium members at the École Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Lille and a visit to the VALLOUREC company. Also the MMATENG Memorandum of understanding (MESO) & Memorandum of the future cooperation were signed by all consortium members.

 

 

 

On April 28, 2017 in the frame of international educational TEMPUS MMATENG project the representative of Technical University of Berlin Elena Eyngorn will visit Physical Engineering Faculty. During the visit on April 28 at 12-30 in room 209 of build. №9 will be a workshop "Soft Skills for Engineers and Employability". Everyone is invited.

29-30 May 2017 in Lille (France) in the Graduate School of Engineering Chemistry of Lille, University of Lille will be held the final conference of TEMPUS MMATENG project. During the conference the coordination meeting where each partner will present an overview of the project results is planned. It is also planned to visit the industrial enterprises of the region.

1-2 December 2016 on the base of Physical Engineering Faculty of NTUU “KPI” was International Scientific-Methodological Conference “Materials for use in extreme conditions – 6” supported by international education project TEMPUS MMATENG (Modernization of two cycles (MA, BA) of competence-based curricula in Material Engineering according to the best experience of Bologna Process) by Tempus program № 543994-TEMPUS-1-2013-1-BE-TEMPUS-JPCR. During the conference the leading scientists from Ukraine and abroad made reports on such sections: 1. Composite reinforced and powder materials; 2. Polyfunctional coatings and surface engineering; 3. Materials crystallized from the melt; 4. Information support of scientific research in materials science; 5. Computer modeling of metallurgical processes; 6. Nanomaterials and nanotechnologies; 7. Methodology of training specialists for functional materials science.
